Place the frozen bananas in the blender (I usually break them in half, but you can do smaller pieces if you want), add in 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 oz of cacao paste and 1 tablespoon of tart cherry concentrate. You can add a little bit of water to help facilitate the blending process. If you have a Vitamix, you will want to use the tamper. Blend until you have a smooth, ice cream-like consistency. Serve in a bowl and top with grated cacao paste and a drizzle of tart cherry concentrate. Enjoy!
